How to Manage Overlapping Livestreams | Walla Support Center

For consecutive or overlapping livestream classes, add a second Zoom Pro account. If there are overlapping livestream services, expect a courtesy email reminder that only one class, enrollment, or appointment can be streamed.

  1. Go to Zoom.us and logout of the Zoom account that is already connected to Walla

  2. After logging out of your Zoom account via Zoom’s website, navigate back to Walla

  3. Select your profile icon on the top right, then select Business Settings

  4. Scroll down to Third Party Apps

  5. Select Manage on the Livestream tile

  6. Under the Zoom Connect section, choose the teal link that reads click here to connect an additional account

  7. Sign in to your additional Zoom Pro account via Zoom.us

  8. The additional account will be listed in Walla under the Zoom Connect section in Business Settings
