How to Reschedule an Appointment | Walla Support Center

If an appointment needs rescheduling, this action must be handled by studio staff, clients are unable to do so.

Follow these steps to reschedule an appointment for a client:

  1. From the main navigation menu select Appointment Schedule

  2. Select the appointment you would like to reschedule

  3. On the top right of the appointment detail sidebar select the teal edit pencil next to the appointment time and date

  4. Select a new appointment date and time

  5. Finalize the change by selecting Finish Move
