Integrating with Wellhub (Gympass)

Setting up Wellhub is easy! Just follow these steps. The integration is set up in Walla by entering your Wellhub ID provided to you by your Wellhub representative.

Enter your Wellhub ID by:

  1. Going to Business Settings

  2. Scroll down to Third Party Apps

  3. Select Manage on the Wellhub tile

  4. Select Edit and enter your ID for the location you would like to enable

  5. Enter Livestream and In-person class capacities. If the capacity fields are left blank, it will default to full capacity

  6. Save. Your classes will sync over seamlessly.

Update your Wellhub ID

To update your Wellhub GYM ID, initiate the process by reaching out to Walla support, and include the current locked ID and the desired new ID. Once the Walla development team makes the change, support will confirm the successful update of your GYM ID.
