Pausing Plans FAQ

Can I book a class that takes place during my plan’s pause period?

No. Any class that falls within the pause window is locked and cannot be booked until your plan is active again.

Can I book a class that takes place after my plan’s pause period ends while my plan is still paused?

Yes. Once the pause window has closed, all subsequent classes are open territory and available for booking as usual.

Can I pause a pack?

Yes. You can pause a pack, which temporarily locks any classes within that pause window from being booked. Once the pause period ends, you regain full booking access.

Can I pause an annual plan?

At this time annual recurring plans are not able to be paused in the system.
