Paying an Account Balance

Paying off an account balance is easy! You can pay for an account balance using cash, credit card, or gift card.

If your client would like to use a gift card to pay for the account balance, the gift card must be added to the client's profile prior to paying off the balance. You can add a gift card via the Payment Methods section of the client's profile, located right above the Client Balance section. Once you add the gift card to the client's profile, follow the below steps.

How to Pay an Account Balance

In the search bar at the top of the page, search the client's name
Select the client to pull up their profile
From the Overview Tab, scroll down and select Pay Balance
Enter the amount you would like to charge the client
Choose cash, gift card, or credit card

If you choose gift card, a drop-down will appear with the option to choose a gift card that was added to the clients profile. If no drop-down appears, then it means the gift card needs to be added.
Select Save

In the search bar at the top of the page, search the client's name

Select the client to pull up their profile

Currently, account balance payments can only be paid in-studio. Clients can not pay off account balances via the widget or the Walla App.
