Sell a product to a client | Walla Support Center

You must add a client to the system in order to sell an item, even if they are a walk-in sale. Services can not be sold with products, the sale must be completed on a separate ticket.

1. Select the Buy icon on the top right navigation bar

2. Select an existing client or add a new client

3. Select the location of where this purchase is being made

4. Find the product they would like to purchase using the search

5. Enter the quantity

6. Add items to the ticket use the product search

7. If you'd like, apply a promo code or discount to the ticket

8. Choose the payment method

9. Select Buy to complete the sale

Can I add more than one item at checkout?

Currently, you can add multiple products to a ticket. You can not add a product and a service. However, when it comes to all other items/ services, only one item can be added to each ticket.
