☝️Important Things to Know When You Update a Card for a Recurring Plan via the Widget
If a recurring plan has a failed payment does the payment retry once the card is added by the client via the widget?
If the recurring plan has a failed payment, once the valid card is attached to the plan the payment will attempt to process. That way booking using the plan can resume immediately.
Does adding a new card and selecting Make Default automatically update the card for recurring plan payments?
Just adding a new card to the wallet then making the card the default card will not update the card for the recurring plan. The card must be updated under the specific plan itself in order for the payment to process so use of the plan can resume.
Can clients update cards attached to recurring plans from the Walls App?
Clients can only update cards via your studio's desktop site by logging into the widget. They can not be updated via the Walla App by clients.
