Our Merchant Support team is available Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST.

For time-sensitive requests, such as chargeback dispute evidence deadlines, please ensure all required information is submitted before 2:00 PM PST. This allows our team adequate time to review and take action within the same business day.

Requests received after this window will be addressed during the next available support period.
