Franchise-level Lead Forms

When creating a lead form as a franchise user, those with permissions for multiple franchise groups will now see the option to select which franchise groups to apply the form to.

Functionality:

When creating a lead form as a franchise, if the user has permissions to multiple franchise groups, display the option for “all” or multiple franchise groups

Example: Red light method has 4 franchise groups, I have access to all 4. I can create a lead form and choose multiple or all franchise groups to be displayed as locations for the client to select

We auto-populate with the locations associated with that franchise and then the studio can delete whichever ones they do not want to appear on the lead form

Only active locations will appear in the lead form drop-down:

All associated franchise locations will appear in the lead form tile after being added

Franchise Scenarios + Functionality:

Scenario A: Franchise A has 4 locations

  • Franchise A wants to create a lead form that is the same for all 4 of their locations

  • They want all 4 locations to be shown to the client who is filling out the lead form to choose their location

  • Under “franchise” they select their franchise name

  • Under lead assignment they select all 4 locations

  • The client will select for those 4 locations when filling out the lead form

Scenario B: Franchise A has 4 locations

  • Franchise A wants to create a lead form that is the same for all 4 of their locations

  • They want 1 location to be shown to the client who is filling out the lead form so that they don’t have to choose their location

  • Under “franchise” they select their franchise name

  • Under lead assignment they select the 1 location

  • The client will be defaulted to one location and does not have to make a selection when filling out the lead form

Scenario C: Business has 6 franchises. Corporate wants to setup one lead form for Franchise A (that has 4 locations) and Franchise B (that has 2 locations)

  • Corporate wants to setup one lead form for Franchise A (that has 4 locations) and Franchise B (that has 2 locations)

  • They want all 6 locations to be shown to the client who is filling out the lead form so that they can choose their location

  • Under “franchise” they select Franchise A & Franchise B

  • Under lead assignment they select all 6 locations

  • The client will will see all 6 locations as options when filing out the lead form and must select one

Scenario D: Business has 4 franchises. Corporate wants to setup one lead form for all Franchises

  • Corporate wants to setup one lead form for Franchise A (that has 4 locations), Franchise B (that has 2 locations), Franchise C (that has 1 location), Franchise D (that has 2 locations)

  • They want all 9 locations to be shown to the client who is filling out the lead form so that they can choose their location

  • Under lead assignment they select all 9 locations

  • The client will will see all 9 locations as options when filing out the lead form and must select one

Client experience:

  • If the client selects a location in the lead form dropdown, they will only be associated to that location
