Select the class or appointment from Upcoming Bookings

Choose Cancel

Confirm the cancelation

If the business has a late cancelation penalty which can either include a monetary fee and/or the loss of a pass a pop up will appear to let you know if your cancelation is a late cancel. If there is no penalty for the cancelation the pop up will still have you confirm the cancelation.

Select Yes, confirm to complete the cancelation or select No, do not cancel

Once you've successfully canceled the class a pop up will a appear to confirm the cancelation

Select Done
