What to Do If Your Studio Login Link Expired

If you are getting a message that your login link has expired, follow the steps below, and you’ll be back to booking classes in no time!

If your link expired, you will need to send yourself a new password reset email:

  1. Visit your studio’s website

  2. Select Log In (usually located on the homepage toolbar or class schedule page)

  3. Choose Forgot Password

  4. Check your inbox for an email containing your new login link. If you are not finding the email, check your Spam folder.

  5. Click the link to reset your password

You must use the most recent reset link sent to your inbox for the link to be valid. Remember, mail servers like Gmail often group emails from the same address together under one email, like a conversation thread, with the newest email on the bottom.
