If you have a list of contacts that you'd like to add to Walla without triggering welcome emails, our Data Migrations team can assist with uploading your contacts list. All you need to do is send us your contact information in a friendly spreadsheet format, and we'll handle the rest.
Please allow 10 business days for the data migrations team to add the contacts to your site. Requests are completed Monday to Friday during support business hours and are not completed on holidays.

CSV Format
Once you've exported your contacts from your current platform the export should have the following columns in the following order:
Client Name
Email
Phone
Opted into Marketing
Client Since Date (in the following format YYYY-MM-DD)
Notes
Birthdate (in the following format YYYY-MM-DD)
Additional Notes
Here's how your spreadsheet should look:
Send Email to Walla Support
Email your contacts to [email protected] and let the support team know you are requesting a contacts CSV import.
It is important to note we can not change client opt-in statuses when importing clients or manipulate your data in any way.
