This journey is for your customers who bought a specific intro offer. The more they use it, the more likely they are to buy a membership. The goal of this journey is to get them to convert from your intro offer into an unlimited plan by encouraging usage.

Welcome! Let’s book again.

Send an email 1 day after first visit if they haven’t bought a plan (non-intro offer) to encourage them to buy a plan (non-intro offer) and come back. Probably should check that the intro offer is still valid?
