Generate your images using Canva and seamlessly upload them to the editor. Incorporate links and images to perfect your newsletters, announcements, and more!

Upload an image and make a workshop announcement

1. Share: Get the necessary content, including the image and link for the button.

2. Download as PNG: Save the image you want to use in PNG format on your computer.

3. Email Editor - Advanced Mode: Open your email editor and choose the "Advanced" or "Custom" mode for more control over design.

4. Start Building: Click on "Start Building" to begin creating your email.

5. Choose New Template: Select "Create New" and pick a new template to work with.

6. Add Image Block: In the template, click and drag the "Image" block to the desired section.

7. Upload Image: Within the image block, click "Upload Image" to select and upload the PNG image you downloaded earlier.

8. Add New Block: After the image block, select "Add Block" and drag a new block to the bottom of the email.

9. Add Button: Inside the new block, choose the "Button" element and drag it to the block area.

10. Copy Button Link: Copy the link you want to associate with the button (e.g., a website link or a scheduling link).

11. Configure Button: Click on the button element to configure it. Paste the copied link into the appropriate field.

12. Schedule Email: Once the email content is ready, click on "Schedule" or "Send" depending on your email platform.

13. Choose Date and Time: In the scheduling options, select a suitable date and time for the email to be sent.

14. Confirm Schedule: Click on "Schedule" to finalize and set the email to be sent at the chosen date and time.
