Whether it's an email or a call to action on your website, creating a direct link to a class is an easy way to send your clients to the exact class or enrollment you want them to book.
Share direct links for class instances
Follow these straightforward steps to effortlessly share direct links for specific class instances by going to the class schedule or the class roster! This direct link works wonders, even if the class instance isn't publicly bookable. It's a tool designed to give you easy access.
Select Class Schedule and find navigate to the class on the schedule
From the schedule click on the ellipsis (...) next to the class on the schedule. You can also select the class then, from the class roster, click on the ellipsis (...) next to the class name. A menu with various options will appear.
From the menu, choose the "Get Direct Link" option. This action initiates the link-generation process.
The "Get Direct Link" selection triggers a dialogue box to pop up. Within this box, you'll find a handy pop-up that allows you to copy the direct link.
Click on the "Copy" button within the pop-up. This action copies the direct link to your clipboard, ready to be shared.
With the link copied, you can easily share it with anyone you wish. When the link is clicked, users will be directed to the class detail page on the widget.
Share direct links for enrollments
This feature works even if the enrollment isn't bookable online or visible to the public. In just a few clicks, you'll be sharing enrollment details effortlessly, follow these simple steps to share a direct link to an enrollment.
Log in and navigate to the enrollment schedule. Find the enrollment you need a link for.
Look for the (...) menu icon next to the enrollment. Click it to open a menu.
Select "Edit"
Look for the (...) menu icon on the scheduled instance of the enrollment you wish to share
Select "Get Direct Link"
A pop-up box will appear on your screen. Inside the pop-up, click "Copy" to copy the direct link to your clipboard.
