Clients agree to your studios waiver when they create a profile via the Widget, via the Walla app, and an option to agree to the waiver appears when a client profile is created in-studio. You can either resend the waiver to the client, generate a QR code for the client to sign the waiver on their own device, or you can have the client use your studio device to sign the waiver on their profile. Clients can not book a service via the Walla App or widget without first agreeing to your primary waiver.
