Client Waiver Agreements

Updated over a year ago

Clients agree to your studios waiver when they create a profile via the Widget, via the Walla app, and an option to agree to the waiver appears when a client profile is created in-studio. You can either resend the waiver to the client, generate a QR code for the client to sign the waiver on their own device, or you can have the client use your studio device to sign the waiver on their profile.

Clients can not book a service via the Walla App or widget without first agreeing to your Live waiver.

How Clients Agree to a Waiver In-Studio

You can always have staff skip the waiver agreement process when adding a new client and instead, after they add the client they can select the red Missing Waiver button from the client’s profile to send the waiver to the client either via email or select Generate QR code for the client to scan with their phone and complete the waiver agreement process themselves.

  1. Select the search field

  2. Then choose Add a new client

  3. Complete the client details

  4. Choose Next

  5. A pop-up will appear with the option to agree to the waiver or the waiver agreement can be skipped and completed later

  6. After agreeing to the waiver the waiver will be stored under the client Documents section of the client profile
