In this article, we'll delve into the essential aspects of plan cancellations, covering everything from the impact on bookings to the different cancellation options available.


​Important things to know about plan cancelations

  • Canceling plans will also cancel all bookings from plan cancelation date forward.

  • Clients can not book classes that occur after the plan is canceled.

  • Staff can always book clients into classes that occur after the scheduled plan cancelation.

  • Plans with failed credit card payments are able to be canceled.

  • Once a plan is canceled it can not be made active again.

How to Cancel a Plan

  1. From the client's profile, scroll down to Active Plans

  2. Select the three dots on the top right the plan tile and choose Cancel

  3. Select Cancel Immediately, End of Period, or Custom

  4. Select Charge termination fee?

  5. If yes, charge fee is chosen, if the termination is set for a future date, the client will be charged the fee on the date of the plan's cancelation.

  6. Choose Refund last payment or choose no refund

  7. Select a reason. The reason will appear under the plan under the client's profile.

  8. Select Cancel Plan

Cancel immediately: Plan will be canceled immediately and all future bookings will be canceled. Client will be sent a cancelation email notifying them of the cancelation.

End of Period: Plan will be canceled at the end of the current payment period. Bookings that take place after the end of the current payment period will be canceled once the plan is canceled. The client will receive an email about their scheduled cancelation and will receive an email the day their plan is canceled if the emails are enabled under Transactional Notifications.

Custom: Plan will be canceled on the selected date. Bookings that take place after the selected date will be canceled once the plan is canceled. The client will receive an email about their scheduled cancelation and will receive an email the day their plan is canceled if the emails are enabled under Transactional Notifications.

Change a scheduled cancelation date

To change a scheduled cancellation date for a plan

  1. Go to the plan tile on the client's profile

  2. Select the three dots on the top right of the tile and choose Cancel

  3. Complete the cancellation again and enter the new dates

  4. Save

A Your plan will be cancelled notification will be sent to your client if you have the Transactional Notification enabled.

To make sure the cancellation date was updated

  1. Select the three dots on the top right of the plan tile

  2. Choose View Details

  3. Check the cancellation date on the top left corner of the page
