Transfer an Enrollment to Another Client

Currently there is not a one click way to transfer or share an enrollment. Follow these steps to transfer an enrollment from one client to another:

  1. Select Enrollment Schedule

  2. Choose View Roster

  3. Select the three dots on the far right

  4. Select Remove Client

  5. Select No Refund

  6. Choose Remove Client

  7. On the top right corner of the page select Add Client

  8. Enter the recipient's name into the Client field

  9. Choose Continue

  10. Select Apply Promo Code or Discount and enter 100% under discount

  11. Select Buy to complete the transaction

Percentage payroll pay rates will be affected.
