Add Days to a Scheduled Enrollment

If you already scheduled your enrollment and need to add additional days, this article will show you how to do exactly that.

  • You can only add the same instructor/ instructors to an already scheduled instance. You can not add additional days and have different instructors teach those additional days.

  • Currently, drop-in pricing can not be created for enrollments

To add additional days to an enrollment that is already scheduled:

  1. Select Enrollments form the main navigation menu

  2. Select Go next to an enrollment

  3. Select the Schedule Tab

  4. Choose Manage Calendar

  5. Choose add to Schedule

  6. Complete the fields:

  7. Save

Adding more occurrences to an already scheduled enrollment adds on to the existing days. Clients will pay the price entered under Enrollment Pricing no matter how many days are added on if added to an enrollment this way.
