Explore how staff can conveniently view client plan usage within their profiles, allowing users to track past and present usage of a client's plan organized by payment periods.

Client visits, as they appear within Plan Details, are categorized into groupings based off the corresponding billing period in which they are booked. For example, a visit booked for March 15 corresponds to a plan cycle covering the month or week in which the activity occurred. This is true for all pass-related activities (bookings, waitlists, cancellations, no shows, refunds, pass deductions/additions). If a pass has been used from a future cycle, that cycle will be displayed.

Each billing period can be expanded or collapsed to view all activities that occurred during that cycle. When collapsed, the number of passes used or available credits is listed in bold, depending on the plan type.
