If you have a client that no longer attends the studio or does not wish to get communications from your studio any longer, you can easily delete the client from your Walla site.
Go to the Contacts tab
Find the client’s profile you wish to delete
In the three dots next to the client’s name, choose Delete
If the client has active plans, their active plans will show in the pop-up
You will need to resolve the plan before deleting the contact by clicking on the plan(s) listed. This will take you to the Client Profile Overview page, where you can choose to cancel the client’s plan.
Select Confirm
Note: If you subscribe to Active Campaign, you will need to delete the contact from there manually.
It is important to know that once you delete a contact, it cannot be undone.
