How to Merge Client Profiles

  1. Navigate to one of the client profiles you want to merge.

  2. Click the green Actions button in the upper right corner of the page.

  3. Select Merge Clients to continue.

  4. To proceed, look up the other account you would like merged in the blank field provided.

  5. Toggle the radio button for the client account you want to keep.

  6. Remember, credit card payment methods will not merge into the kept account

  7. Select Save

What is Merged

  • Purchases

  • Visits

  • Bookings & History

  • Plans & History

  • Products

  • Account Notes

  • Account Balances

  • Marketing Opt-In Preferences

What is Not Merged

  • Credit Card Data - if the merged profile contains the desired billing details, it will require re-adding


βœ‹ When merging client profiles and selecting the profile with the email address not utilized for their integration profiles, there's a risk of desynchronization. Specifically, if an integration's sync relies on email, the Walla profile will no longer sync with their integration profile. As a result, historical data sent to Walla from the integration and any future actions will not be sent to Walla.
