In order for Walla to import your client's credit card data to your new payment processor, Stripe, we need your current payment processor to prepare an encrypted credit card export file.
Start contacting Wellness Living to request a mapping file that includes the client's ID/key and email. You can use the copy below:
I’d like to request my credit card data in a file that includes my client's ID/key and email to be exported on (list day before your scheduled migration date). I’d also like to cancel my Wellness Living account starting on my next billing cycle of (list your billing cycle end date at least 2 weeks after migration). Please let me know the next steps.
Note, depending on your payment processor this service may incur a fee.
