When adding a new staff member to your business, they should be sent a staff invite welcoming them to the business and allowing them to establish their login. Should it become necessary, you can resend invites to them via their staff tile:
Under staff center, choose Staff
On the top right corner of the staff member's tile, choose the three dots
Select Resend Invitation
The subject line of the invite email will read: You’ve been added as a staff member for [your studio's name]!
If you are a staff member and receive the following message, use the forgot password link on the staff login page:
Select Forgot password? and enter the email address associated with your staff account
Send a password reset
Use the password reset email to enter in your desired password
Log in using the password just established using the password reset email
Since staff cannot resend their own invite, the Forgot password? workflow can be used to set up a login without having to use the link sent in the initial invite email.
