When a staff member adds a client to Walla, an invite is sent to the client. This invite directs your client to create a login that they can then use on your website widgets and on the Walla App. If your client's profile was migrated in from a previous platform, the system will send your client an invite as well which can then be resent.
To resend an invite:
Search the client's name and select their name to pull up their profile
Choose the Profile Tab on their profile
Select edit under the section titled Contact Info
Choose Resend Invite
If your client created their login via the widget, then there will be no resend invite option or it will say Invitation Not Sent since there was no invite needed because they created their profile on their own.
