Navigate to your studio's website and locate the appointment widget. After logging into the widget follow the below steps to book an appointment.
Choose a Location, Instructor, or Category
Step 1: From the appointments widget, start by choosing a location
Step 2: Select an instructor or appointment category
View Appointment Details
Step 3: After choosing an appointment category clients can view appointment details and choose their appointment type if there are multiple options for the appointment category.
Select Date and Time
Step 4: Select an appointment date and time. Dates and times are reflected in the studio's timezone.
Sign Waiver
Step 5: If the studio has a waiver and you have not signed the waiver yet, you will be required to do so prior to booking.
Select Payment Option
Step 6: Checkout review displays the appointment details including the appointment price, tax, and the required deposit amount. Deposits are set up by the studio and only apply to single session (non-plan) bookings.
If the studio offers appointment plans you can purchase a plan or apply your already purchased plan to book. If your already purchased plan is not an option, it could mean the plan that does not cover the appointment you want to book.
Review Checkout Details
Step 7: Review the details at checkout and select Complete Booking to book the appointment. After booking, you will be presented with an appointment purchase confirmation page that includes your appointment details.
FAQ
If the appointment has a deposit, then you will pay the appointment deposit at checkout. Only single session appointments, not appointments booked with plans, can have a deposit.
If the business allows for account credit to be used on the widget, account credit can be used as a payment method. Gift cards can also be used towards deposits.
Promo codes are applied by the studio at final checkout, they are not applied when booking the appointment.
Recurring appointments can only be booked by staff.
