App Logo

The App Logo appears in the Walla App when clients select favorites and appears if a Banner Logo is not uploaded. The App Logo size is 100 x 100 and must not exceed 100MB file size.

Banner Logo

The Banner Logo appears in the Walla App and replaces the App Logo at the top of the app. This wider format logo takes center stage, appearing prominently across the top of the app. When you have both logos uploaded, the Banner Logo becomes your primary visual identifier. The Banner Logo size is 320 x 40 and must not exceed 100MB file size.

Using Both App and Banner Logo

When you have both logos in place, the App Logo steps back to a supporting role, appearing only during favorite selection, while the Banner Logo handles your main business identification needs across the app interface.

Plan Direct Links

Generate a link to a single plan so your clients can complete a purchase. Plan does not have to have List Online checked under plan settings in order for client to be able to purchase the plan. All other plan restrictions such as Can Be Purchased By Members Only and Purchasable Once always apply.

If the plan shared is an Intro Offer and the client does not qualify the client will not be able to purchase the plan. The benefit of the Plan Direct Link feature is to be able to share a link to a plan that is not sold online. Inactive plans can not be shared as a Plan Direct Link.

Widget Codes

Select the link to open up another tab and copy the url to your website widget. Alternatively, copy and paste the widget code to embed into your website. Choose "All Locations" to display class and enrollment schedules across all business locations or choose a location from the drop-down to have the widget codes for class and enrollment schedules only update to display options for the selected location.

You can find the following widget options under Widget Codes:

  • Class Schedule

  • Enrollments

  • Appointments

  • Class Plans & Pricing

  • Appointment Plans & Pricing

  • User Account

  • Video on Demand

  • Gift Cards

  • Video Courses

Preferences

For both widget and app, adjust settings for checkout and display.

Account Creation

Require Phone Number

When this setting is enabled clients will be required to enter their phone number when creating a new account. This includes when adding a guest to a class or enrollment. Due to app store restrictions, we cannot enforce the phone number requirement when clients sign up via the mobile app. Front desk can always override this setting

Widget & App Checkout Preferences

Allow clients to pay with their account balance on checkout

When enabled, clients can apply their account balance to purchases, see their remaining balance during checkout, and combine the balance with other payment methods. It is important to note that clients can not pay negative account balances or purchase account balance credits online.

Skip staff selection on appointments when client is selecting times

When the client is selecting their appointment details on the widget, a staff member will be automatically assigned to that appointment - skipping the "Select a Staff" step.

In the event there are multiple staff available for the clients chosen time, the staff with the cheapest rate for that time slot will be selected.

Class Attendance Display

Choose how your clients see spots open and available on the widget and apps. The threshold for Show spots remaining when low, hide capacity is three spots regardless of the maximum capacity.
