Go Live Site Audit Checklist

A thorough site review goes hand-in-hand with a smooth start to running your business in Walla. Please do your part to confirm you're ready to go for the big day!

Use this checklist to conduct a Walla site audit prior to the day you go live to ensure your staff or clients don’t run into any usability issues.

Class Schedule

Take one final look at your class schedule

  • Are all classes added for the right days & times with the correct instructor?

  • Are there any duplicates that you need to delete?

  • Have you added descriptions and a picture to your Class Types?

  • Review your booking and waitlist settings under each Class Type

Plans

Confirm your pricing for migration and selling on Walla

  • Make sure plans that are supposed to have Livestream or VOD access are marked as such

  • Make sure plans that are supposed to grant Member Status are marked as such

  • If it is a limited plan, make sure it is not marked as unlimited

  • Confirm that your recurring plans are set to recur and your non-recurring plans are set to end

Class to Plan Relationships

Tell Walla what plans pay for which classes

  • Ensure that each plan pays for the classes that you want them to pay for using the Class-to-Plan Relationship matrix.

Appointment Setup

Make sure you and your clients can book appointments successfully after migration

  • Are the Appointment Types that you want to be bookable online available to Anyone and Visible to Public?

  • Check your Appointment types for the following:

    • Eligible Staff have been assigned and have a pay rate

    • Eligible Plans are checked off to pay for the class

  • Ensure that each plan pays for the appointments that you want them to pay for using the Appointment-to-Plan Relationship matrix.

Waitlist & Cancellation Policies

  • Ensure you have the waitlist and cancellation policies in place in your business settings, location settings, and class settings.

Staff

  • Check your staff have the correct permission role assigned

  • Ensure that your instructors have the classes they are eligible to teach in their profile

  • Ensure that your instructors are linked to their correct pay rates in their profile

  • If you have photos for your instructors add them into their Staff Profile so they appear on the widget

  • Confirm that your instructors know how to log into Walla (remember, there is NOT a staff app!)

Widget Settings

  • Ensure that you know where you want to place your widgets your on your website (PLEASE DON'T PUBLISH THE WIDGETS UNTIL OUR OFFICIAL AGREED UPON GO LIVE TIME)

  • Ensure you do not have any other login portals on your website aside from the Walla widget

  • Did you update your Widget Theme to be on brand?

Transactional Notifications

  • Ensure that you have the transactional emails set up and turned on (or off) depending on your needs. If necessary, edit them to your liking.

Store

  • Ensure your gift cards are configured to "Fixed Price" with the highest amount not exceeding $1,999

  • Add your Quick Buy items to the business Location

Business Settings

  • Ensure your Company Information is correct

  • Ensure your Stripe information is verified by selecting “View and edit on Stripe”
