This article outlines the customizable permissions for the Lead Management (CRM) features.

The Sales CRM permissions can be set for different staff roles including Owner, Business Manager, Location Manager, Manager, Instructor, and Front Desk.

Edit Sales CRM Permissions

To edit staff permissions follow these steps:

  1. Select your profile icon

  2. Choose Business Settings

  3. Select Staff Permissions

  4. Scroll down to the section titled CRM

Sales CRM Permissions

Sales CRM

Manage all sales CRM features like lead sources report, lead tracker, sales pipelines and lead stages. This can override all other sales crm permissions


Lead Management

Allows a staff member to update the follow-up, make assignments and set the lead source


Lead Sources

View all lead conversions (leads with a Won/Closed stage) per source by location


Lead Stages

Create and view lead stages and their associated lead states


Lead Tracker

View and create new leads by assigning them to staff members and adding notes


Sales CRM Pipelines

Add/Edit sales pipelines
