Important Details
Communication Hours
Support hours are a set 8 hour window of communication, Monday to Friday.
Communication Channels
Any direct communication with your dedicated support person will be deducted from the total monthly allocation of 120 minutes.
Using Your Billable Hours
Booking Sessions
To ensure we provide the best support, please book your sessions at least 2 business days in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that no-shows or cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment start time will result in the loss of booked hours.
Increments
Sessions must be booked in 30-minute increments. You can use up to two 30 minute sessions at a time.
Hour Roll Over
Be aware that any unused hours do not roll over from month to month.
