2. Walla Websites Ticket Form
Available when you're logged into your Walla site (not the website editor).
Walla Websites Ticket Form will only appear if you purchased the Walla Websites service
Look for the "Walla Websites Ticket" option at the bottom of the messenger
This creates a ticket that goes straight to the Walla Websites team
Redirecting Website Questions
If you accidentally send a website question through other channels, such as the Walla Support Team, you will be redirected to email [email protected] or use the Walla Websites Ticket form on the messenger.
Response to Website Design Inquiries
The Walla Websites design team operates independently from our general support team. They do not share the same response times as our regular support channels. Additionally, please be aware that the Walla Websites design team is available Monday through Friday and does not offer weekend support.
