Why it Matters:
The Goals Management feature allows studio performance goals to be set, tracked, and managed across locations and metrics. It supports multiple goal types, time periods, and location targeting, providing flexibility to match various business objectives.
Functionality:
Studios can access Goal Setting from the left hand navigation
When they land in the Goal Setting Dashboard they will have the ability to view their current goals grouped together or “Set New Goal”
Setting a new goal will apply to all locations (MVP)
They have the ability to choose a metric from the drop down
The metrics available will be those that we have already enabled in the Executive Summary (ie: MRR, Member Retention Rate, Accounts Created, Total Active Members, Average Revenue Per Member)
Goal Type will have three options:
12 Month
Fixed Range (pick monthly range)
Manual (one month at a time)
Once a new goal is saved it will appear in Goal Setting Dashboard under its designated category. ie: Profitability Goals, Growth Goals and Retention Goals
