The Appointment Performance Dashboard provides studios with a comprehensive view of appointment performance by tracking key metrics, trends, etc. helping studios understand patterns, cancellations, client feedback, and revenue generation.

Why it Matters:

The dashboard gives studios a clear view of appointment performance, cancellations, and client satisfaction, helping them optimize scheduling, staffing, and promotions. With actionable insights and trends, studios can make data-driven decisions to boost revenue, reduce no-shows, and improve the client experience.

Functionality:

1. AI Real Talk

  • Generates performance insights using AI prompts based on the metric cards.

  • Compares goals versus actual numbers and provides expandable analysis for deeper understanding.

2. Metric Cards

  • Monthly Appointment Revenue:

    • Total revenue from settled appointments (matches Appointment Revenue Report).

  • Number of Appointments Booked:

    • Counts all appointments (settled and unsettled) minus cancellations or no-shows.

  • Cancellation + No Show Rate:

    • Percentage of cancelled or no-show appointments, regardless of who cancelled.

  • Average Rating:

    • Average client rating over the last six months, compared to the previous six months.

3. Bookings by Service

  • Shows all completed/settled appointments by service type.

  • Displays top services, with potential expandable view for additional services.

4. Appointment Trends

  • Multi-line chart tracking booked, completed, and cancelled appointments over a six-month period.

  • Booked: all appointments (settled or not) minus cancelled/no-show appointments.

  • Cancelled: studio cancellations, client early cancels, client late cancels, no-shows.

  • Completed: settled appointments.

5. Peak Service Hours

  • Bar chart displaying appointment distribution by hour of day.

  • Y-axis: number of booked appointments.
