Overview

The Plans & Subscriptions Dashboard enables data-driven decision making for pricing strategies, plan optimization, and revenue growth through detailed plan-level analytics and AI-powered recommendations.

Why it matters

Studio owners currently lack comprehensive visibility into their subscription plan performance, creating several critical business challenges:

  • Limited Plan Performance Insights: No centralized view of which plans are driving growth vs. causing churn, making it difficult to optimize plan offerings

  • Utilization Blind Spots: Cannot easily identify underperforming or underutilized plans that may need pricing adjustments or discontinuation

  • Revenue Optimization Challenges: Without clear plan-level metrics, studios cannot make informed decisions about pricing, plan structure, or promotional strategies

  • Intro Offer Effectiveness Unknown: No clear measurement of how intro offers convert to full memberships and their impact on overall plan performance

Everything on this page is based on active plans count. If the plan is paused at any time in the month, it needs to be excluded

    • Does not include intro offers

  • Plan losses (cancellations/expirations)

    • Does not include intro offers

  • Net plan growth

    • Plans gained - plans lost

    • Does not include intro offers

  • Intro Offers sold

  • Conversions (previous month)

    • Number of intro offers that were purchased AND converted to a plan in the same month listed above

  • Conversions (rolling)

    • Number of intro offers that were purchased in the last 3 months and converted to a plan to date

Plan Utilization by type

Based on active plans. If the plan is paused at any time in the month, it needs to be excluded

Unlimited Plan Performance

Everyones who’s last completed cycle and put on the profile and then store it to then show on the plan performance page

  • Timeframe should be based on month unlimited

    • Average visits per unlimited member

      • Based on goals

      • Based on goals “How many times do you expect someone to visit on an unlimited plan”
