Leads Created

  • Total count of new accounts created where the account received a lead stage tag. If viewing current month, count is always for last month.

    • Integrates with Goals section:

      • Green = goal met or exceeded

      • Red = below goal

  • Leads to Intro Offer

    • Percentage of leads who purchased an intro offer package. This represents the first conversion step from lead to paying customer. Leads received within the last 5 days are excluded from the calculation to allow for fair conversion opportunity.

    • Integrates with Goals section:

      • Green = goal met or exceeded

      • Red = below goal

  • Leads to First Visit

    • Percentage of leads who have had a first visit ever. Calculated as (16 leads who had first visit / 54 total leads created) x 100 = 30%. Leads received within the last 5 days are excluded from the calculation to allow for fair conversion opportunity.

    • Integrates with Goals section:

      • Green = goal met or exceeded

      • Red = below goal

  • Avg. Response Time

    • Measures the amount of time elapsed between when a lead is created and a human contact is recorded in the Lead Tracker. Possible contact includes email, text, phone call, or an in-person interaction note.

    • Integrates with Goals section:

      • Green = goal met or exceeded

      • Red = below goal

Conversion Funnel

  • New accounts created:

    • Total new accounts added in the timeframe, potentially some of which never make lead status.

  • Contacted:

    • Of the new accounts created, this means a human has reached out: non-automated email/text, inbox message, in-person interaction, or a logged phone call.

  • First Visits:

    • Of the new accounts created, number who have had a visit at any time.

  • Plan Purchased:

    • Of the new accounts created, number who have purchased a plan at any time.

  • Note: the timeframe shown is only used to determine the number of new accounts created. Contact, visits, and purchases are counted regardless of date.
