Cash In

  • All money collected from clients this period (credit card, cash, gift card sales, account balance top-ups/payments). Includes tax collected and does not account for any cash refunded.

Net Cash In

  • Remaining cash after sales tax refunds and tax removed.

  • This month compared to last month

    • Integrates with Goals section:

Monthly Expenses

  • Sum of the expense you've entered.

Expense Breakdown: (WIP)

  • Add Monthly Expenses

  • Studios can manually input expenses with the following fields:

    • Category: Rent, Equipment, Utilities, Marketing, Payroll, or Other

    • Studio Location: Select for multi-location businesses

    • Year: Choose year

    • Amount: Enter total expense for the selected category and month

  • Expense Summary

    • Once added, each expense automatically appears month in the Expense Summary section
