Appointment Transactional Notifications

All appointment Transactional Notifications are defaulted to be enabled.

To access appointment Transactional Notifications:

  1. Select Business Settings

  2. Choose Transactional Notifications

  3. Select the Staff tab

Appointment Transactional Notifications

  • Sent when an instructor change is made on an appointment with existing bookings

  • Sent when an appointment with bookings is rescheduled

  • Sent when a client books an appointment

  • Sent when an appointment plan is purchased

  • Sent when an appointment plan is canceled by the studio

  • Sent when an appointment has been settled up

  • Sent when a client cancels an appointment

  • Sent when a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment

  • Sent when a studio cancels an appointment booking

  • Sent when a client has an upcoming appointment (Sends 24 hours unless the booking happens in less than 24 hours)

If youโ€™d like to cc your business or location emails, select a Transactional Notification and choose Copy (cc) all emails to
