All appointment Transactional Notifications are defaulted to be enabled.
To access appointment Transactional Notifications:
Select Business Settings
Choose Transactional Notifications
Select the Staff tab
Appointment Transactional Notifications
Sent when an instructor change is made on an appointment with existing bookings
Sent when an appointment with bookings is rescheduled
Sent when a client books an appointment
Sent when an appointment plan is purchased
Sent when an appointment plan is canceled by the studio
Sent when an appointment has been settled up
Sent when a client cancels an appointment
Sent when a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment
Sent when a studio cancels an appointment booking
If you’d like to cc your business or location emails, select a Transactional Notification and choose Copy (cc) all emails to
