To be notified when your clients book a class, make a purchase, or other actions, you can cc specific emails on Transactional Notifications sent to clients.
Select your profile icon and choose Business Settings
Choose Transactional Notifications
When you select a Transactional Notification it will expand
At the bottom of the box you will see the options to CC Business, Location, or Instructor
Business: The email under Business Settings, Company Info
Location: The email under Locations, nested on the main navigation menu
Instructor: The work email entered under the staff member's profile
Depending on the transactional notification you will see two or more of the above email options to CC.
