If you need to reschedule an appointment, you can do so via the Front Desk. This means only staff can reschedule an appointment, clients are unable to do so. Follow these steps to reschedule an appointment for a client:
From the main navigation menu select Appointment Schedule
Select the appointment you would like to reschedule
On the top right of the appointment detail sidebar select the teal edit pencil next to the appointment time and date
Select a new appointment date and time
Finalize the change by selecting Finish Move
