Understanding Plan Types in Your Report

When viewing your report, you may notice a list of different plan types. These plan types represent the different subscription plans that your customers have signed up for. In this article, we will explain the different plan types and how they are included in your report.

Amortized Plans

Some of the plans listed in your report may be labeled as "amortized." This means that the cost of the plan is spread out over a period of time, rather than being paid all at once. If a plan is amortized, you can find the formula used to determine the amortization totals in your report.

Weekly Formula Plans

Similar to amortized plans, some plans may use a weekly formula to determine the total cost. This means that the cost of the plan is calculated on a weekly basis. If a plan uses a weekly formula, you can also find the specific formula used in your report.

Canceled Plans

If a plan is purchased and then canceled within the same month, it will not be counted towards your Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) totals. This is because the plan was not active for the entire month. However, if a plan is canceled without a refund, it will still be counted towards your report totals.

Short-Term Plans

Some plans may only last for a short period of time, such as one week. These plans will not be counted towards your report totals, as they do not represent a long-term commitment from your customers.
