Create and Schedule a Brand New Class and Create Pricing
Select Classes from the navigation menu
Choose Add New Class
Fill out the Class Details
Complete Online Booking Rules
Do not check any of the listed boxes under Payment Options
We do not want to check any boxes and allow plans to pay for a free class. The reason being is that even though we will create $0 drop-in pricing, if we check any listed payment option, then clients who have the payment option already may choose to book using the purchased payment option rather than choosing the $0 drop in. If any boxes are checked here, clients who do not have a payment option on their account will be presented with both $0 drop-in pricing and all payment options checked. There is a chance your client may not choose the $0 drop-in, and we want to make sure this does not happen. Do not check the boxes.
Select Add to Schedule and complete scheduling details. When completing scheduling details, enter in $0 for all drop-in pricing. This is what makes the class free! 💸

To see what your client experiences when booking on the widget:
Select Business Settings
Widget Settings, then choose the green open icon next to Class Schedule
The Class Schedule widget will open in a new window. Find your free class on the schedule
Select Free to book
Complete booking by selecting Drop-in rate, this class is free and does not require any payment
Complete the booking
Make One Day of an Already Created Class Free
Select Classes from the navigation menu and choose Go next to the class you'd like to schedule a free instance for
Select Schedule and choose a class instance from the calendar
Choose Edit for the specific day
Make sure drop-in pricing is available and change the drop-in pricing to $0. This will only update for the specific selected day!

If you have limited and unlimited plans set up to pay for the class, clients will be presented with the option to use their plan or they will be presented with the option to "buy" a $0.00. There is not a way to have the system automatically choose the $0.00 drop-in. In other words, there is a chance your client may choose to use their own plan and not choose the $0.00 drop-in option.
